Happy New Year!

>> Wednesday, December 31

Only a few more minutes and 2009 is here!!

Looking back, this year has been a stepping stone to a new life for me. I won't go into details as to what those changes are but these changes made me somehow wiser and more mature in so many ways, and not to mention stronger.

This year was a bit scary for me. I had to make important decisions that could change the my life's course. I made a lot of mistakes along the way, but in the end, I gained so much more. I'm not making any resolutions because I believe if I want to make positive changes, I don't have to make a list to help me keep track of them. I'll face those negative aspects in my life one at a time and pray to God that I won't go astray.

So now let me say goodbye to 2008 and welcome anything that's in store for me in 2009... Have a blessed new year everyone!

almost broken

>> Tuesday, December 2

A lot has happened since my last post. I won't go into details as to what really happend but it was really heart breaking. Honestly, I almost broke down, but thanks to a lot of prayers, support, and comfort from friends and family, I find myself actually better than I expect to be. I still feel the pain, though, but despite that I somehow feel lighter(?)...

Well a lot of things have changed in just a matter of hours. We'll see what the future brings for me. Let me share this video by Chris Daughtry.

Ok.. I haven't been making any new posts for several days. I just couldn't inspire myself to write something interesting. Oh well, I might as well quote what Lurchie said before.. "i lost my muse"

Must be because of the work that still needs to be done, this terrible cold (and not to mention cough) that just wouldn't go away.. or I just plainly lost my inspiration to produce something worth "readable".. hmph this is bad.. I've been feeling a bit restless and somewhat glum. hmmm must be PMS?

December is finally here, yet nowadays I just feel so... down. Yeah that's the probably the word that sums up everything. Everything just feels so gloomy. Oh well don't worry about me, I'll get over this somehow. Just give me a couple of days... (takes a deep breath)

a pretty good feeling...

Christmas is just around the corner. I could already feel the cool breeze of Christmas. I don't have exact plans for Christmas. My family and I were planning to take this trip but decided to postpone it to the "sunny" season, the weather is just so unpredictable these days. Oh well Christmas will always be Christmas wherever we are, just as long as we spend it with the ones we love right?

I feel like a 5-year-old these days, excited about Christmas. I don't know.. I just have a good feeling on the days to come. I think about the days and weeks to come, and I can't help but smile. hehe

Crush

>> Thursday, November 20

I'm loving this song by David Archuleta, oh well I love this kid!
blogger-emoticon.blogspot.com

I hung up the phone tonight,
something happened for the first time, deep inside
It was a rush, what a rush
Cause the possibility that you would ever
Feel the same way about me
It’s just too much, just too much
Why do I keep running from the truth
All I ever think about is you
You got me hypnotized, so mesmerized, and I just got to know

Do you ever think, when you’re all alone
All that we could be, Where this thing could go
Am I crazy or falling in love
Is it real or just another crush
Do you catch a breath, when I look at you
Are you holding back, like the way I do
Cause I’m trying, trying to walk away
But I know this crush ain’t goin away, goin away

Has it ever crossed your mind when we were hanging
Spending time girl, are we just friends
Is there more, is there more
See it’s a chance we’ve gotta take
Cause I believe we can make this into
Something that will last, last forever, forever

Do you ever think, when you’re all alone
All that we could be, Where this thing could go
Am I crazy or falling in love
Is it real or just another crush
Do you catch a breath, when I look at you
Are you holding back, like the way I do
Cause I’m trying, trying to walk away
But I know this crush ain’t goin away, goin away

Why do I keep running from the truth
All I ever think about is you
You got me hypnotized, so mesmerized
And I just got to know

Do you ever think, when you’re all alone
All that we could be, Where this thing could go
Am I crazy or falling in love
Is it realor just another crush
Do you catch a breath, when I look at you
Are you holding back, like the way I do
Cause I’m trying, trying to walk away
But I know this crush ain’t goin away, goin away

Nights in Rodanthe

>> Friday, November 14

This is an overdue review of Nights in Rodanthe. I started making this one earlier this week, however, I never got the hang of finishing it due to this nasty cold, with cough, then eventually grown into a fever. Shesh.. this was just not my week…

Anyway, Nights in Rodanthe is another successful novel by Nicholas Sparks, author of the bestsellers Message in a Bottle, A Walk to Remember, and The Notebook. I really love his books. He writes them simply and not so complicated, but still takes your away breath away and makes you want to find love more. I just love tearjerkers, don’t you?

Nights in Rodanthe is a dramatic story of a mother trying to connect with her recently widowed daughter, as she tells her daughter her true story of a hope and sacrifice and how she rebounded from losing her heart.

While dealing with the heartache of divorce, Adrienne Willis heads to Rodanthe to tend an inn owned by a close friend, and also needing time to clear her head and her heart. After settling herself in, she learns that she has one guest arriving and a storm is coming.

Paul Flanner in hopes of making things right with his life and his relationship with his son, sold his practice and goes to Rodanthe to settle things with a family of his patient who died after surgery, then plans to follow his son to Ecuador.

Preparing for the storm to come, they realized that both of them are trying to find fresh starts. As the lightening, wind, and rain crash against the inn, Paul and Adrienne found solace in each other’s arms. Though their time together healed both of them, the two must part in order to make amends with themselves and their families; while planning to meet again, never really knowing when it will happen.

Nights in Rodanthe, like all the other of Nicholas Spark’s works, is another romantic drama determined to bring its readers to tears. This is a tender story about hope and sacrifice, reminding us that lost love can be found again at any age, at any time, and often comes when we least expect it.

Here are my favorite excerpts from Paul’s letters to Adrienne:

“When I sleep, I dream of you, and when I wake, I long to hold you in my arms. If anything, our time apart has only made me more certain that I want to spend my nights by your side, and my days with your heart.”

“You are a treasure, a gift, and when we’re together again, I intend to hold you until my arms are weak and I can do it no longer. My thoughts of you are sometimes the only things that keep me going.”

Romance? Yeah right..

>> Thursday, October 30

Out of sheer boredom, I created this..

It's not much, but I still think its pretty (oh well I love my own so sue me.. teehee). Anywho, Lurtsil would probably think me mushy for quoting Beethoven's letter to his Immortal Beloved (you can read these letters here). Don't you just wish you would receive a love letter from you beloved? I know I do. I'd probaly swoon from too much "mushiness" (if there is such a term).

Lursil and I had this argument just this morning about romance. Well I believe that romance only belongs in books and movies. The sweep-you-off-your-feet, can't eat, can't sleep, reach for the moon and stars, die-for-you love. Or maybe I'm just expecting too much from real life and that what happens in books and movies can't also happen in real life too?! She thinks otherwise though. Maybe someday I'll realize that I'm also living a love story too?! That cracks me up though.. oh well.. maybe I'm just a bit hard unemotional cold these days.. Or maybe I just need a little whack on my head..

Money Management

>> Friday, October 24

“It’s not how much you earn, it’s what you do with your money.”

I came across this interesting quote while doing my usual work online. It strikes me how accurate this is. Most of us always complain about the balance between our low income and high expenses, and how our income cannot match the demand of our daily expenses. We work so hard to match our income with our expenses, when all we need to do is the other way around – we should match our expenses with our income.

It’s not so much as having so little, it’s all about spending beyond our capacity. Most of the time our wants are greater than our needs, this will lead us to spending for things we don’t necessarily need. Living extravagant lives will only makes matters worse. Frequent buying of new clothes, dining out, going out with friends and family, and even the cost of transportation (no matter how small, say Php 8.00 for a tricycle fare) will really cut out a big chunk on your finances.

No matter how we feel that the cost of living is too high, or we have so many bills to pay, too many things to buy, there is still a big chance that we can set aside even a very small amount for our savings. Small amounts saved regularly will add up over a period of time. It may be a bit difficult at the start, but as your savings grow little by little, saving becomes easier, it becomes a habit; it becomes a pleasure. Remember as you add more to your savings you will also be receiving interest that will definitely make your savings grow even more.

It’s hard to fight the urge to spend what we have, but think of the greater good that will come out if you spend less. Learn to say no to spending and start saving now. You can even open a time deposit so you will not be tempted to withdraw those funds.

The formula I used in saving is this:

INCOME – SAVINGS = EXPENSES

Each month I take about 30% of my monthly income for my savings. I don’t compute for my expenses first, I compute for the amount I’m going to save. It’s been working well for me and I’m quite pleased with the interest I’m earning. Most people spend first then save what is left of their money. This might not be very effective. You don’t want to ask at the end of the day “where did my money go?” This question frequently comes up after spending on a day-to-day basis without having a budget plan.

What is really needed is to change the way of thinking to a “save now and buy later” approach. So what are you waiting for? Save now!

Books3x: The Cold Moon

>> Thursday, October 23

I finished reading The Cold Moon by Jeffrey Deaver days ago and I'm quite late on making my book review for this assigned read. I just love murder mysteries and suspense thrillers - be it books or movies. But most of the time I go for books.

Jeffrey Deaver's books never ceases to amaze me. His Lincoln Rhyme series has always been my favorite. He was first introduced in The Bone Collector (turned into a movie, starring Denzel Washington), and since then I'm hooked to the series.

Blog Makeover

>> Friday, October 17

I've been revamping this blog since yesterday, trying to find the perfect template that suits me, and adding some this and that too. Well I could say I'm pleased with the results. I don't know much about HTML codes and stuff like that, and have been so afraid of tweaking codes. I failed before and lost some links and all after trying to change some of the codes (see post).

Well, after much hard work (well it was a lot of work for me! blogger-emoticon.blogspot.com), I have finally managed to give this blog a presentable look. It's a whole new look for me. I think this will do, for now... until the urge to do another blog makeover surfaces.

So I've finally finished reading Eldest (book 2 of the Inheritance Cycle). It's still a good read but quite longer than it should be. There are a few events and descriptions in the book that have no really significance whatsoever in the main plot. I still enjoyed reading it though. See my review here.

So I will now be starting book 3 - Brisingr. Ohh I cant wait to finish the Inheritance Cycle. Christopher Paolini shaped the events in the second book in a way that would make you want (need?) to read the next book. If you want a copy of the Inheritance Cycle, I'll give you an ebook for free... :)

Old songs

>> Wednesday, October 8

I'm in a mood for old songs today, mostly songs from the 80s. I have been blasting my speakers with songs from the 80s since this morning and singing along, unmindful of those who heard me. heheh

There is this song that's been stuck in my head for days now, and maybe this was the cause of my mood for old songs.. It's called "Don't Cry Joni". What's your favorite old song? Well this is one of my all time favorites - sweet and a bit sad too.. enjoy!

Jimmy Please Say You'll Wait For Me
I'll Grow Up Some Day You'll See
Saving All My Kisses Just For You
Signed With Love Forever True

Joni Was The Girl Who Lived Next Door
I've Known Her I Guess Ten Years Or More
Joni Wrote Me A Note One Day
And This Is What She Had To Say

Jimmy Please Say You'll Wait For Me
I'll Grow Up Some Day You'll See
Saving All My Kisses Just For You
Signed With Love Forever True

Slowly I Read Her Note Once More
Then I Went Over To The House Next Door
Her Teardrops Fell Like Rain That Day
When I Told Joni What I Had To Say

Joni Joni Please Don't Cry
You'll Forget Me Bye And Bye
You're Just Fifteen I'm Twenty Two
And Joni I Just Can't Wait For You

Soon I Left Our Little Home Town
Got Me A Job And Tried To Settle Down
But These Words Kept Haunting My Memory
The Words That Joni Said To Me

Jimmy Please Say You'll Wait For Me
I'll Grow Up Some Day You'll See
Saving All My Kisses Just For You
Signed With Love Forever True

I Packed My Clothes And I Caught A Plane
I Had To See Joni I Had To Explain
How My Heart Was Filled With Her Memory
And Ask My Joni If She'll Marry Me

I Ran All The Way To The House Next Door
But Things Weren't Like They Were Before
My Teardrops Fell Like Rain That Day
When I Heard What Joni Had To Say

Jimmy Jimmy Please Don't Cry
You'll Forget Me Bye And Bye
It's Been Five Years Since You've Been Gone
Jimmy I Married Your Best Friend John

Maybe we'll have another one this week..who knows. The weather these days is getting crazier huh. Don't get me wrong here, I love rainy days, especially when you have someone to snuggle up with. ;)

Ok I'm done. My brain just can't seem to work today. Maybe because of lack of sleep (from crying to much last night...) and the endless pouring of the rain. Or maybe I'm just... blank? I'm going out to find something to perk me up. This current state is just bad for my health.

food for the brain

>> Wednesday, September 17

"One cannot think well, love well or sleep well if one has not dined well."
- Virginia Woolfe

I'm so swamped with work this week. I have to write eight 500 word articles to be passed this Friday on just about everything - from divorce lawyers to hair extensions to medical secretary training - and that's about half of what I have to do for this week. That might be normal to a lot of people out there, especially experienced writers, but me? shesh! It's a brain-wrenching nose-bleeding task for me. But I gotta do what I gotta do, it's part of work.

Oh well at least this gives me an excuse to stock up on chocolates - its food for the brain you know. :) If you're in the same situation that I am right now.. stock up on these foodies to keep your brains up and running healthy...

Fish: The original “brain food” contains lots of omega-3 fatty acids and fish oils, especially cold water fish like salmon and cod. Omega-3s are beneficial in a number of ways, including promoting neuronal growth, improved cholesterol, and fortification of myelin sheaths which facilitate communication between neurons.

Vegetables: This is a great source of antioxidants, which may reduce the risk of developing cognitive impairment by diminishing oxidative stress. Spinach, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and cauliflower are among the top candidates.

Fruits: Like vegetables, fruits are rich in antioxidants. However, fruit tastes better. Some of your healthiest options are blueberries, blackberries, cranberries, strawberries, raspberries, plums, avocados, oranges, red grapes, red bell peppers, cherries and kiwis.

Water: Be sure to get enough to keep your body and brain hydrated. Dehydration can cause a headache now, and can lead to long-term neuronal damage sustained from elevated stress hormones.

Chocolate: Last (my favorite) is cocoa beans, which contain the flavanol epicatechin and antioxidants. Dark chocolate is best (that's why I bought two bars yesterday), and avoid candy bars with lots of added sugars. Also, recent research suggests that chocolate can improve memory. (yay for all the chocolate lovers out there!)

TV shows, on the other hand, are entirely different things. These days I watch TV when I have the time. I spend most of my time online working or curling in bed and reading a book..

For the love of books

>> Thursday, September 11

I'm so happy today.. I just received the books I purchased from eBay. This is a first online purchase for me.. teehee... I never thought I would ever find the guts to buy things online (much more eBay?), but I did. Yay for me! I just purchased two - one by Barbara Michaels and one by Jude Deveraux.

Since I spend most of my time at home working, I never got enough time to visit bookstores and search for a good read. The last book I purchased was around April or May I think. And that's a new one for me since a bookworm that I am always had the time to look for a good book (well that was before). Because I spend hours and hours online why not search for a good read on the net right? I really don't like reading ebooks, mind you, I prefer curling up in my bed and read. I know I know this will just strain my eyes or something. But who cares!? I only read ebooks when I just couldn't find a copy or couldn't afford one at the moment..hehehe I'm actually reading an ebook this past few days - Eragon by Christopher Paolini - as recommended by my good friend Z. The book is way better than the movie, as usual, and I can't wait to get my hands on the sequels - Eldest and Brisingr.

Anywho, I'm quite pleased with my
binge buying this week. I actually bought two books from the National Bookstore last Tuesday. They were on sale, and I just cant help it?! Lurchie prodded me to buy them that's why, and I find the plots interesting. I'm a sucker for suspense and thrillers and I just couldn't say no to these two.

By the way check out this new blog Books3x. It's a collab of bookworms sharing interesting reads and reviews on books as well.

Finally, Blizzard Entertainment just unveiled the third installation of my all time favorite game - Diablo III. I have been so addicted with Diablo II back in college. I played the game up to the wee hours of the morning. I could never take note of how much time I spent playing this game.

Anyway, Diablo III has a whole new set of characters - Witchdoctor, a whole new Barbarian (these two have been unveiled so far) - and each class has both the male and female versions. The new Diablo III has new graphics that can display characters and monsters in more realistic 3D environments. Move over WoW, D3 is here!

Oh wow! Like I''m jumping up and down with excitement here... I'll expect a lot of sleepless nights.. teeehee check out these sneak preview..

Out of anger and frustration that I could not contact their so-called 24-hour customer service, I sent an "angry" email to them venting out all my frustrations on their very unreliable internet service, and guess what they finally replied..

Our apologies for the delay in our response due to the significant
increase in the number of emails we have received for the past month. We
regret learning that your experience with Globe Broadband has not been a
satisfactory one as a whole; and we truly apologize for this. Our
records show that your technical reports have not been signified thru
the concerned channels due to your difficulty calling our toll-free
numbers. For voice and connection difficulties, we encourage you to call
our Technical Helpdesk at 032-4108888 for the Vismin region. You are
expected to be accommodated by a technical representative anytime of the
day. Consequently, please send us the account name, account number, and
your installation address and the specific description of the problems
you encounter for both voice and internet access so we may coordinate to
corresponding technical unit--if the problems have persisted. We shall
ensure that your trouble ticket is carried out the soonest and
corresponding adjustments be applied for the affected period.

Please feel free to email us for any further insights and thank you for
bringing your concerns to our attention.

bahh!!! It sounds so unpersonal right? Like a script or something, they probably just copied it from a manual and pasted it on the mail.. shesh! Oh and just so you'll know I sent my "angry" mail last August 19 and got my reply just today. Oh well.. better late than never... heheheh

I do eat veggies and stuff but my daily intake is usually the "unhealthy" food. Can you blame me? Those are the ones that are just delish!

HDH Week #27: Cowboys

More humor here!

A cowboy and a biker are on death row, and are to be executed on the same day. The day comes, and they are brught to the gas chamber. The warden asks the cowboy if he has a last request, to which the cowboy replies, "Ah shore do, wardn. Ahd be mighty grateful ifn yood play Achy Breaky Heart fur me bahfore ah hafta go." "Sure enough, cowboy, we can do that," says the warden. He turns to the biker, "And you, biker, whats your last request?" "That you kill me first."

A cowboy rode into town ...

A cowboy rode into town and stopped at the saloon for a drink. Unfortunately, the locals always had a habit of picking on newcomers. When he finished, he found his horse had been stolen.

He comes back into the bar, handily flips his gun into the air, catches it above his head without even looking and fires a shot into the ceiling. "Who stole my horse?" he yelled with surprising forcefulness.

No one answered.

"I'm gonna have another beer and if my horse ain't back outside by the time I'm finished, I'm gonna do what I dun back in Texas and I don't want to have to do what I dun back in Texas!"

Some of the locals shifted restlessly.

He had another beer, walked outside, and his horse was back! He saddled up and started to ride out of town.

The bartender wandered out of the bar and asked, "Say partner, what happened in Texas?"

The cowboy turned back and said, "I had to walk home!"

"busy" weekend

>> Sunday, August 24

I haven't been the busy blogger/plurker/worker this weekend.. cause I have been too "busy" running around the city trying out new food (heheh).. I still have a lot of blog rounds to do and plurks too (my karma has been on a steady decline this past few days). Surprisingly I'm now finding plurk a bit dull.. hehehe if you're a plurk addict don't bite my head off ok?! I think the "fun" is just starting to wear off..

Anywho... what I did from Friday night until now (its Sunday night, in case your wondering) was hopping from one restaurant to the other (trying out anything from the menus that catches our eyes.. hehe) I might do another blog post about this (if I'm not too tired or too busy..) I've been running around the city this weekend (with E.M.A. of course.. ehheh) and haven't been online since Friday I think. I just went online tonight to check on a few things...

Let me just post this new conversation at dNeero... and I'll bid you all a good night.. :)

Phelps is a Tiger

>> Friday, August 22

I am not really into sports or anything of that sort (I didn't even watch the Olympic games), but dang!, Michael Phelps is just an incredible athlete. He's a 14-time Olympic gold medalist and he holds around 7 world records in swimming. Now that's a great athlete! To think he was diagnosed with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) when he was still young, and only started swimming just to provide an outlet for his energy.

HDH Week 26: Lawyers

>> Wednesday, August 20

More jokes?! Click here! Yes here!

Consultation fees

A lawyer's dog, running around town unleashed, heads for a butcher shop and steals a roast. The butcher goes to the lawyer's office and asks, "if a dog running unleashed steals a piece of meat from my store, do I have a right to demand payment for the meat from the dog's owner?" The lawyer answers, "Absolutely."

"Then you owe me $8.50. Your dog was loose and stole a roast from me today."

The lawyer, without a word, writes the butcher a check for $8.50. The butcher, having a feeling of satisfaction, leaves.

Three days later, the butcher finds a bill from the lawyer: $100 due for a consultation.

A Series of Unfortunate Events

These past few days have been so bad for me. I think it started last Friday afternoon. I was in a hurry to finish up work so I can go out and buy some stuff and pay some bills.. to my dismay my salary hasn't been transferred to my bank account yet.. :( so much for shopping... anyway, when I got home I tried to call E.M.A. but there was something wrong with Sun Cellular's network. I was able to call him though around late in the evening. Maybe it was just a bad day for me...

Saturday went by without any hassles, I even bought a few things and clothes.. teehee... and paid some bills. Now because of my shopping spree last Saturday (it was raining then), I had a pretty high fever came Sunday. I just ordered some pizza from Greenwhich 'cause I was too tired to cook (my bro has a Greencard so free pizza for us.. yipppee!!!).

Then came Monday.. You see Mondays in our company is so so busy. I have to make A LOT of reports, set up some tasks for the week, blah blah blah... AND I don't have an internet connection.. WTF?! I called up my customer service and guess what? NOBODY ANSWERED?!! WTF? A 24-hour Customer Service hotline and nobody answers?!! What the heck is wrong with my ISP?? I was able to work for only 2 hours. Gawd! Globelines really suck! Big time! I was fuming mad the whole day. How am I supposed to work now?! After a day of frustration and helplessness, I just broke down and cried. E.M.A. had to console me. hehe

Then came Tuesday, still no internet connection... tsk tsk tsk.. Now I'm really mad at Globelines! If I'll just sit around and mope nothing good will happen. I decided to go the nearest net cafe so I would be able to work. They charged Php20/hour, now that takes a big chunk on my budget since I'm working for 8 hours. Globelines should better give me rebate for this.. tsk tsk tsk..

Now working in a net cafe is pretty difficult. It was crammed with people, students mostly trying to make their school papers, projects, etc. After working for about 4 hours, I was having a terrible headache already. Four more hours staying in that cafe would probably kill me. But I decided to stay, naturally, all for the glory of work. shesh!!! After 8 hours of trying to work there, with head throbbing, I felt feverish. Now this is just what I need! A freakin fever?! So I went home, decided not work in a net cafe again. And prayed to God my connection will be back sooooooon.

Well... my prayers had been answered! I was all set to buy this prepaid Smartbro (another ISP) just incase I won't have a connection today. Well it's running again. Thank God! :) Now I have to make up for my lost hours last Monday. But what the heck, at least now I'm working at home.

I'm still buying that prepaid Smartbro though, Globe is just sooooo UNRELIABLE!

whew! This was a pretty loooong rant.. heheh now I have to get back to work.. :)

Do you buy or pay for...??

>> Sunday, August 17

Have you ever purchased anything online? I contemplated in buying this cute pair of sandals at eBay before. I have small feet (around size 5 or 6) and buying a good pair without trying it on might be a little risky for me. But what the heck after thinking on it over and over I decided to just do it. I bid on the item, hoping I would get it while hoping against it at the same time. Sounds weird right? Unfortunately for me, or was it fortunately, somebody outbid me. So I figured that wasn't for me. Or maybe that wouldn't fit.. who knows...??

It's kinda hard for me to trust someone I barely know. What if the seller is just fooling around and won't ship me the item, right? I keep thinking of all those what ifs and finally decided buying online is definitely a no-no for me. I'm the type of person that really has to examine the product thoroughly before purchasing it. Call me OCD or whatever but that's just me..

So how about you? Have you tried purchasing online?

Bicol Express

Ok so I made my very first bicol express yesterday. It wasn't really that spicy because I only put in a few chili peppers just in case, but anyway it was still delish. hehehe

When I cook, I'm not really particular in measurement. I'm too lazy to do that. ehheh So I do measuring by just looking (or plainly taking a wild estimate). If your interested to know how to cook this, I'm sharing this recipe (actually I found this online and made a few changes)...

Ingredients:

Pork (cut in 1/2 inch slices)
Cooking oil/Vegetable oil
Chopped onion
Chopped garlic
Freshly chopped ginger
Chopped chili peppers (depends on you how spicy you want in to be)
Fresh green peppers (sliced diagonally)
Red peppers (sliced diagonally)
Coconut cream
Salt (to taste)

Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat cooking oil in a skillet. Then add the pork slices and cover until lightly brown.
2. In another pan, saute garlic and onions in oil.
3. Add in ginger and cooked pork.
4. Just stir for about 5 min.
5. Add in the chopped chili peppers and stir until the pork is covered with the mixture.
6. Pour in the coconut cream. Then add the sliced red and green peppers.
7. Continue cooking for about 20 mins or until the sauce thickens.
8. Add some salt if necessary.

Note: Add chilis and peppers according to desired spiciness.

Another note: as you can see I didn't add any bagoong 'cause I'm allergic to that. You can add bagoong if you want too. :)
